The route starts in the Boyana district, above the Boyana Church, and goes to the Boyana Waterfall.
There are two trails from Boyana to Boyana Waterfall. This one is the steeper but shorter route. The other is longer and goes around, but is more gradual.

You can make a circular hike by going up one trail and coming down the other.
